HBC's Senior Class Top 3 Investors - Cooper, Josh & Sadie. In Personal Finance, students competed in an online stock market activity - How the Market Works. Each student invested "100 K of money" in stocks and mutual funds. Sadie gained a 8.7% profit for the semester; Josh a 9.8% profit & Cooper a whooping 13.6% profit on his investments. Congratulations to 12th grade student-leader Grace Anderson who was named the Touchstone Energy Scholar of the week and was awarded with a $250 scholarship. Grace will be featured on the Dakota News Now for her accomplishments. Way to represent HBC, Grace! #Patriotpride
Congratulations to our 7-8 and 9-10 students who attended and performed at the SWMBDA Honor Bands on Saturday! Students rehearsed all day and ended the afternoon with an amazing concert! Awesome job!
