Speed Training Update for Thurs., June 8 - Slight change to our speed training schedule for this Thursday. Paper copies of this change were sent home with student-athletes. NOTE -NO SPEED TRAINING FOR GRADES 7th & 8th and 4th-6th on Thurs., 6/8! Thank you for your flexibility.
