For Veteran’s Day at HBC Schools this November, we will be creating a video honoring local veterans tied to the students and staff of HBC. This video will be presented at the program at 9 AM on November 10th at HBC Secondary - Hills. Students in grades K-6 who completed a Summer Reading Bingo Blackout received their shirts and books this week. Thank you to the Security Savings Bank for sponsoring our program and to all the families who shopped at last year's elementary bookfair.

Mrs. Leuthold’s third grade class has been reading about cultures and heritage in their reading curriculum. Today, the students were encouraged to bring in something from their heritage to share with their classmates. It was so fun to have the students be the teachers for the morning!
