1. Make sure you have had a Sports Physical in the last 3 years. Incoming 7th & 10th graders will need one. COMPLETE form.
2. Read and SIGN 23-24 MSHSL Eligibility Form. Turn into the Secondary Office. Only need the last 3 pages completed.
3. ATTEND Sports Information Meeting on Thursday, August 3 at 6 PM at HBC Secondary. Football & Volleyball team meeting to follow.
4. FINISH Summer Speed Training with no regrets! Your preparation now will determine future success later. Go Patriots!
