Ag 10 class reviewed the color wheel for the Floral Design Unit. Students mixed the primary colors into the frosting and mixed the colors together to get the whole color wheel. After they were finished mixing, they were able to frost cookies. Delicious and educational activity to learn more about Floral Industry & color wheel. Of course, students enjoyed the cookies after!
On Tuesday, the 9th graders took a field trip to Rock Ranch. The field trip was the culmination of the horse unit. At Rock Ranch, Marie & Jessica discussed - breeds, gaits, tack, how to care for a horse, and answered all the questions from students about vaccinations, care & even horses personalities.
