What a GREAT week to celebrate some of our amazing staff this week!

This past week was Teacher Appreciation Week!  We had a fun time celebrating our wonderful teachers who make HBC GREAT!

It was also Nurses Week! Thank you Ms. Leenderts for keeping our students and staff healthy and safe! This year has been especially difficult with contact tracing, screening, testing and you have done a GREAT job keeping our students healthy and safe.

It was also H-BC School Lunch Hero Day this Past Week - Thank you to Donna Burgers, Anita Blank, Lisa Durst and Joan Johnson for serving our students and staff!

No Early Dismissals in May (Repeat)

HBC Elementary and Secondary will have NO early dismissals in the month of May.  The early dismissals were a great time for students to have extra 1:1 time with their teachers.  Students who were struggling, failing, missed multiple days because of quarantine, or needed more support would utilize this time to meet with their teachers.  As we transition to no Early Releases, please remind your students that our teachers are available from 7:30 - 8:05 AM and 3:05 - 3:30 PM.   Many teachers will even set up an appointment during the school day.
