H-BC Secondary Families:

I hope this HBC Secondary Bulletin finds you well.  Can you believe this is the last school-in-session Friday of 2021?

As we close out the school year, I am really looking forward to this next week of school as we celebrate the holidays and a GREAT 2021 school year.  See some of the fun activities below!

TIK TOK THREAT: (New) As you may or may not know, there was a national Tik Tok challenge that was put out to scare schools with either shooting or bomb threats.  H-BC Schools is/was aware of this challenge and was on a heightened alert today, 12/17/21 (we are always on alert for such events.)  Please know there was never an imminent threat at H-BC, but wanted you to know as parents that the school prepares for events like this with our ALICE training and Lock Down Drills.  We’re saddened to say that we have to deal with this, but want to assure you that the school takes any and all threats seriously and will act accordingly, if and when they occur.  We  assure you that H-BC did not have a direct threat.
