What an active week! Please make sure to have a look at this week’s Connection- many more activities happening! See the information about American Education Week this next week November 13-17. Remember 1 pm dismissal on Tuesday, November 14 with parent teacher conferences following. Full day of school with students on Monday, November 20 with parent teacher conferences to follow. We have been so pleased being able to cheer on our Patriots! Bookfair is up and running! See below:
PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCES: Parents have options on November 14 & 20 to schedule a time on the JMC conference scheduler.
VETERANS DAY PROGRAM - Our Veteran’s Day Program! Thank you to all those that attended the program! Great time to honor our Veterans. Here are a couple of photos.
Join Us As We Celebrate American Education Week November 13-17! Pastries With Parents - Wednesday, November 15. Bring your child/ren to school and enjoy a pastry with them in the gym from 7:30-8:15. Thank you H-BC PTO for your contribution!
Grandparent / Special Person’s Day - Friday, November 17. As a part of American Education Week, we are thankful again to have SECURITY SAVINGS BANK sponsor our Grandparent/Special Person's Day meal. This RSVP form for Grandparents Day has come and gone.
WRESTLING: Beginning December 4, the Hills Youth Wrestling Program, welcomes students 4 years old through 8th grade to practice each Monday and Thursday evening from 6:30-7:30 on the stage in the Hugo Goehle Gym. No fee to practice. Parents determine competition participation. Questions may be directed to: Jamie @ 605-496-2353

MOBILE DENTAL CLINIC: Check out the information here at the bottom of this newsletter if you are interested in the mobile dental clinic. If interested in an appointment, call quickly as times fill up fast.

Grandparent / Special Person’s Day

As a part of American Education Week, we are thankful again to have SECURITY SAVINGS BANK sponsor our Grandparent/Special Person's Day meal. In order for us to plan for guests, it is important that we know how many people we will be serving. Please respond below so that we may plan accordingly. Thank you for all of your cooperation and support of H-BC public schools. As a part of the day we have an optional time for grandparents/special persons to visit classrooms. Please, grandparents/special persons ONLY go to classrooms during this time.
