H-BC Elementary School Families:

Cold weather is on the way early next week...PLEASE make sure your child is prepared for the colder weather. All students have recess time outside, unless it is below -5º F including wind chill.

H-BC Elementary School Early Dismissal: This Thursday, October 29th is a 12:45 dismissal. Here is the letter link explaining the reason for the dismissal.

Pickup LANE-- Thank you for your patience with the H-BC Elementary after school pick up time and lane. You may have noticed that staff are restricting students from running out to cars and their locations. We continue to prioritize student safety. Our pickup time from the end of school (3:15) runs approximately 10 minutes nightly. Thank you for your help in keeping this time safe.

Fall Festival, Friday, October 30--Elementary Students playing all school Bingo for prizes and individual classroom parties during the school day.

E-learning days...if school is cancelled because of inclement weather or any other reason. Items for E-Learning day can be found in student backpacks. Here is the procedure for E-Learning Days.

Drive by Parade Route--TODAY 10/23 in front of (West Side) of the Elementary School in Beaver Creek. Parents are welcome to drive by to see students with their signs and singing. 2:30-2:45--Parents may pick up their student at 2:45, if they wish. Please notify your child’s teacher, if you will be picking up your child at this time.--Students have signs they will be holding on the school lawn...Folks are welcome to drive by to view student Homecoming signs!
