ELEMENTARY PARENT CONNECTION
H-BC Elementary School is the beneficiary of a
new phone system. Actually, we inherited the
previously used system from the Old Jr./Sr.
High Building. We now have voicemail for all
staff members. All the extensions are listed via
the afterhours attendant, or talk to your child’s
teacher and they will make sure to give you
their extension.
No School—on Monday, January 16, 2012 students do not have school.

Grades 5-6 Basketball players….make sure to check the hbcpride.com website to stay up to date with changes in scheduling with basketball. If unable to check website, contact your child’s coach. |
Mark your calendars, basketball tournament
Don’t forget to mark your calendar for the annual H-BC Boys and Girls 6 th grade basketball tournament, which will be held on Saturday, January 28 th at the old Jr./Sr. High School and the New Jr./Sr. High School in Hills. Games will begin at approximately 8:15 and run into
late afternoon. Come on out and support H-BC!
Parents your assistance is needed:
Elementary students attending athletic or other events at the Jr./Sr. High School or Elementary school are asked to remain in their seats during the event. Parents please limit the number of trips you allow your child to be away from you.
K-4 Boys and Girls Basketball Clinic Continues
When: January 14, 21 and 28
Grades K-1: 10:30 am- 11:00 am
Grade 2: 9:45 am – 10:30 am
Grades 3-4: 9:00 am - 9:45 pm
Where: The Hugo Goehle (OLD) High School Gym in Hills for Jan 7, 14 and 21.
At the Elementary School in Beaver Creek on Jan. 28—Please have your child change into their gym shoes when they get to their practice…this will help to avoid wet floors for the practice.
The lost and found is starting to accumulate items
Good place to check if you believe your child is missing their items. Labeling helps match owner and item quickly.
Rock County SHARE
Thank you to those that gave to Rock County SHARE. Items were distributed today.
Students of the Month for November:
Ty Leuthold, Alex Dysthe, Cole Baker, Conner VandeVoort, Liam Raymon, Tryce Bennett, Jacey VandenHoek, Daisey Vis, Grace Bundesen, Hope Teunge, Cole Rozeboom. These students will be having Pizza with the Principal on Friday, December 9th.
