Another fabulous week at H-BC Elementary. Looks like we are heading into the cold locker. Make sure students dress for the weather...Hats, mittens, winter jackets, and dress in layers to keep warm.
Pizza With the Principal: Today I had a number of gents join me for Pizza with the Principal. They purchased the event with their Pride Points in the Pride Store last week Friday.
2-3 Saturday Basketball: Mr. VanWyhe is continuing with the Saturday Basketball Camp. Students needed to pre-register. The first camp for Grades 2 and 3 continues tomorrow 1/11/2020 @ 8 am at HBC Elementary School. Other Dates: 01/18, 01/25, 02/01, 02/08
K-1 Saturday Basketball: Mr. VanWyhe is running a Saturday Basketball Camp. Students needed to pre-register. The first camp for Grades K and 1 begins next week Saturday 1/18/2020 @ 9 am at HBC Elementary School. Other Dates: 01/25, 02/01, 02/08.
Bring Shoes to School: Please assist your children in remembering to bring shoes to school each day. We are seeing quite a number of students forgetting to bring along their shoes to wear after they change out of their snow boots.
Free/Reduced Lunch: If your family's income has changed since the start of the school year, it is still possible to complete an application for free or reduced lunch. The application determines your family eligibility. Forms are available here or at either school office.
MCA Testing: Be on the lookout for students preparation and goal setting for the MCA Tests that are to occur this spring.
