Happy New Year!
We welcomed (sleepy) students back on Thursday, Jan. 2nd! They all seemed to enjoy their break a lot, and the majority seemed to keep healthy!
Chromebook Agreements for students in grades 6 - 8
Chromebook agreements were handed out to students in grades 6 - 8 today. Please look for the packet, look it over, sign and send back. When we initially purchased the chromebooks for student use, we had started an agreement for high school only as they are able to take them home. Students in the middle school are issued a chromebook and carry them from classroom to classroom. Mr. Harnack has instructed them in how to properly use, care, and carry the chromebooks. Unfortunately, we have seen some reckless care and increase in damages to the middle school chromebooks. As an effort to protect the investment, we are asking for the chromebook agreement to be started in the middle school as well as the high school. However, we are not asking for the $35 deposit like the high school, because the students in grades 6 - 8 will not be allowed to take them home.
